根据教育部及江苏省教育厅的有关文件要求，江苏省教育厅对全省高校统一组织拍摄电子照片。该照片将使用于毕业证书、学位证书上，并上报教育部进行电子注册。组织时间一般在每年3月中下旬，具体请关注教务处网上通知。
According to the requirements of Ministry of education and Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, all graduating students in colleges & universities across Jiangsu province will be uniformly organized to take digital photos, which will be used on graduation certificates and degree certificates, and reported to the Ministry of Education for online registration. The time is generally in the middle and late March of each year.
