1. 休学 Suspension of Schooling

根据休学条款要求，学生应填写休学申请表，附证明材料，交至所在2026世界杯官网教学办公室。经学院批准后登录教务管理系统，按要求办理休学手续，并领取休学证明书后准予离校。咨询电话：025-52112858。

According to the articles of suspension，students should fill in the Suspension Application Form, attach supporting materials, and submit it to Academic Affairs Office of College of International Education (CIE). After being approved, students should log in to the NUAA AAO system, and complete the online suspension procedures as required, and then leave school with the Certification for Suspension.  Consulting phone number of CIE is 025-52112858.

2. 复学 Resumption of Schooling

学生复学前，须提前至少一周向所在学院提出复学申请，附证明材料（休学证明书、健康证明等），交学院教务老师，审核合格后登录教务管理系统办理复学手续。咨询电话：025-52112858。

Students should apply to CIE at least one week in advance, attach supporting materials ( Certification for Suspension, health certificate, etc. ) and submit them to Academic Affairs Office of CIE. After being approved, students should log in to the NUAA AAO system, and complete the online resumption procedures as required. Consulting phone number of CIE is 025-52112858.
